Our trees are relatively easy to install and come with detailed instructions. At most you will need a screw driver for the classic 8′ ft foot hanging tree (not required if using the tulip stand) and a hammer for our wall tree. Our soaring Grand 10′ Tree assumes a 1 ft gap between the floor and bottom ring of the tree to give you room for gifts. From ring-to-ring the tree is 9 ft tall. The diameter of the largest ring is 47.5 inches. With 256 pre-drilled perfectly spaced holes for ornaments and crystals.
Our Classic 8′ Tree assumes a 1 foot gap between the floor and bottom ring of the tree to give you room for gifts. From ring-to-ring the tree is 6.5 ft tall. The diameter of the largest ring is 41 inches. With 168 pre-drilled perfectly spaced holes for ornaments and crystals.
Our Wall 7′ Tree assumes 1 foot gap between the floor and bottom ring of the tree to give you room for gifts. From ring-to-ring the tree is 5 ft tall. The diameter of the largest ring is 33.5 inches and the bottom rings protrudes from wall 17 inches. With 60 pre-drilled perfectly spaced holes for ornaments and crystals.
The Jubilee Tree is 33 inches tall and the largest ring has 14 inch diameter. The modern tulip base has a diameter of 10 inches.
If your entire order is currently in stock FedEx labels will typically be generated within 24 hours of your order. If not in stock, your labels will be generated once your entire order is available to ship. Once the labels are generated you will receive an email with tracking numbers. At that time you can sign up for Fedex Delivery Manager to help keep track of your packages, arrange to pick them up at a nearby location, get delivery notifications, and much more.
Orders placed Monday through Thursday typically go out within 48 hours via FedEx Ground.
Orders on Fridays and the weekends are shipped out the following Monday.
Delivery times depend on demand, FedEx delivery times, and your location.

Follow these simple instructions and your tree will last forever!
For all trees other than the tabletop Jubilee, store your collapsible tree in the zipper case provided. Secure the tree in the case by using adjustable straps to prevent the tree rings from moving around in the case. Once in the zipper case, the tree should be stored horizontally (flat) in a space free of foot traffic. Do not stack anything on top of the tree. We have found that storing the tree under a bed is a great space for the tree.
The LED lights come with a 2-year warranty. The mirror ball rotator comes with a 1-year warranty.
If the tree is damaged after your order is received replacement rings may be purchased.

For the Classic 8′ ft tree, the Soaring 10 ft tree and the Wall Tree the answer is yes! There are pre-drilled holes that allow you to hang your own ornaments. In fact it’s the perfect tree to display your ornament collection. Each ornament has a special place on the tree and will be uniquely displayed.
The small tabletop Jubilee tree is not ideal for displaying your own ornaments because of the short distance between the rings.
Yes, you may order an undecorated Classic 8′ ft, Soaring 10 ft or Wall tree. Each tree includes a include a zipper case for storing and LED light so you can have the same whimsical lighting affect on your walls and ceiling.
The Small tabletop Jubilee is not available by itself and undecorated.
Yes, you can make payments through Paypal Credit and/or Pay in 4 at checkout to spread your payment over time.
Yes the tree comes with the hardware needed if you chose to hang the tree from the ceiling.

Wall tree requires a flat surface with a minimum space of 6.5 feet tall and 34 inches wide. The Wall tree Is great for small spaces, Entry ways outdoor covered areas. It changes from a small nail like a piece of art.
The Grand 10′ can hold up to 15 lbs of ornaments.
The Classic 8′ can hold up to 10 lbs of ornaments.
The Wall 7′ can hold up to 4 lbs of ornaments.
Most ornament collections weigh far less than these specifications so you shouldn’t have any problems.
Yes. If you have high ceilings, add a note upon checkout and we will provide extra chain to reaching your ceiling at no extra charge. The tree, by default comes with 4-ft of chain which is more than sufficient to reach 12-ft ceilings.
The wall tree hangs like a picture on the wall. Fully decorated it weighs about 5-lbs. You can either use a nail and hook that comes with the tree, or purchase a 3M hook that supports up to 9-lbs.
If your Jubilee LED stops working it may just need a good overnight charge of your batteries, or the remote may need to be paired again with the LED. With further problems with the rechargeable batteries or remote please contact us at care@modernchrismastrees
Our multicolor LED uplight which is included with your order sits on the floor, pointing up, through the acrylic rings of the tree. Without the color of the acrylic, there is no color on the ceiling. A red tree will project red rings on the ceiling, green will project green, blue will project blue, white will project a shadow, as does the clear tree. The rings themselves do not light up. The light show you see is simply the LED uplight interacting with the rings of the tree.

All orders originating or with a delivery address outside of the United States shall be shipped via an international courier and will require a signature upon delivery. Please make appropriate arrangements to ensure that an individual is available to sign for your order.
Some international orders may be subject to additional duties, tariffs or taxes. Customer is responsible for all additional duties, tariffs or taxes that may be assessed by their country of residence and acknowledges that these additional amounts may need to be paid prior to delivery of their order.
