Stahl House, Los Angeles
This legendary Los Angeles home is the dream of Buck and Carlotta Stahl. With the help of architect Pierre Koenig they came together to create a mid-century modern masterpiece. The house is still owned by the family today. This home was later immortalized by the great architectural photographer Julius Shulman in 1960. Those photos have been viewed by millions of people throughout the world.
Two classic modern designs: The Modern Christmas Tree. The legendary Stahl House, in Hollywood Hills, overlooks the Los Angeles skyline.
The meeting of the Stahl House and The Modern Christmas Tree was documented in a recent photoshoot. The photographs were unveiled on display at the Los Angeles Convention Center at the Dwell on Design show. They are now available to the public on our website below.
